Flower market postcard art is a painting I did after visiting the flower market in Amsterdam on a rainy day, I insisted with myself to keep an easy flow and not look at  the detail but only color pigments and texture and the way it made me feel.
 
I love the idea of postcards, greeting cards and small fun art..
I have collected postcard for as  long as I can remember, in my journeys and travels,
it was always something I could afford and it was an embrace of a memory of time and place.
